The Role:

We're on the hunt for a diligent and dedicated virtual assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business. This role involves handling customer inquiries, keeping an eye on operational metrics, and tackling various administrative tasks.



Responsibilities Include:

- Monitoring Amazon activities daily, such as inventory, sales, feedback, and addressing any issues that arise.

- Addressing issues with Amazon Seller Support / Account health as they arise.

- Ensuring product listings are active and optimizing them for better visibility, rank tracking etc.

- Managing Shopify operations, including sales tracking and resolving order issues.

- Providing top-notch customer service by promptly responding to messages and prioritizing quality over quantity.

- Crafting and dispatching email newsletters.

- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions.

- Handling other administrative and reporting duties as needed.



Preferred Experience:

- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Gorgias, and Sendlane (Klaviyo experience also considered).



Must-Have Qualifications:

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Proficient English skills with an understanding of the US consumer mindset.

- Agility in learning new concepts and adapting to change.

- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in process enhancement.
