Our company owns and operates 9 restaurants with 4 more restaurants opening over the next year, and we need a bookkeeper that can help us catch up on some work using Excel and Restaurant 365. You must be able to take instructions from video tutorials and/or emails provided in English. This job is only for 1 month, but may last longer if we are impressed. The pay range depends on if you work 20 - 40 hours per week. We will start with 20 hours.



Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

-Reviewing daily sales reports and confirming they are correct by using the POS and Restaurant 365 reports

-Updating the daily sales related GL accounts

-Attaching documents to entries

-Booking journal entries

-Alert management and/or accountants when you need help understanding something

-Processing invoices

-Reconciling bank accounts

-Gathering support for marketing reimbursements

-Tracking your own hours

-Look for and notate variations in the financial reports compared to the prior month
