MUST HAVE R2 Support Ambassador Experience - DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
1.a. Responding to guests' inquiries via call and text in Openphone & using Hospitable for chat.
1.b. Responding/Contacting Airbnb Support via call in Openphone & in Airbnb message thread.
1.c. Report the issues raised by guests.
1.d. Communication with cleaners in terms of check out/in.
1.e. Checking the cleaning photos sent by Cleaners during her/his shift.
1.f. Creating cases with Airbnb if needed.
1.g. Rearrange listing photos for SEO.
1.h. Update Playbook for every action.
1.i. Communicate about the inventories/supplies needed in the units.
1.j. Check & send the check out and check in for the next day (Make sure to send msg to guests to check if possible late check out or extension before the day ends).
1.k. Make new listings on Airbnb (similar platforms), pricelabs.
1.l. Contact Maintenance (i.e. DTE, internet provider, property maintenance) if needed.
