Hello, my name is Cade Steach and I own a real estate investment company with my business partner, Harris Carr, and we are looking for a day-to-day task manager that can help us with our daily tasks throughout the business!
As a day-to-day task manager, you will play a crucial role in keeping a steady flow in the operations side of the business ensuring organization and ease.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle email and calendar management like a pro.
Organize and manage documents with attention to detail.
Assist in creating marketing materials and dispositions sheets.
Track and report on various real estate Key Performance Indicators.
List pulling and organizing data sheets.
Managing expense reports.
Manage social media accounts.
Job Requirements:
Fluent in English with good verbal communication skills.
Able to respond fast and frequently.
At least 1+ years of proven experience in day-to-day task managing (BONUS POINTS FOR REAL ESTATE WORK).
Ability to navigate through CRM (Podio), dialer (ReadyMode), Google Applications, and real estate software.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Have proper tech (computer, headset, internet connection)
