Hello, my name is Cade Steach and I own a real estate investment company with my business partner, Harris Carr, and we are looking for a real estate cold caller! We are looking for our caller to call Monday-Friday from 3-7 PM CDT.



As a Cold Calling Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving sales for our products/services. This position requires a confident and articulate communicator with a focus on building and nurturing a fresh new lead. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to property owners via phone calls to introduce our service and qualify leads.



Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to turn motivated sellers into qualified leads.

Articulately present our services to potential leads, emphasizing key benefits and features.

Have a fluid conversation with the motivated seller while obtaining key pieces of information.

Effectively type out motivated seller responses for review by our team for follow-up.

Ability to follow up with inbound leads.



Job Requirements:

Fluent in English with exceptional verbal communication skills.

At least 1+ years of proven experience in cold calling in the real estate world.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with motivated sellers.

Familiarity with Readymode Dialer.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Make outbound calls to property owners to introduce the company's services.

Qualify leads by asking relevant questions about the property, its condition, and the owner's motivation to sell.

Have proper tech (computer, headset, internet connection)
