Position: LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST







Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls to businesses, introducing Power Commercial Insurance and our range of insurance products.

Engage with decision-makers, understand their insurance needs, and build strong relationships.

Gather and record vital information using our CRM system to facilitate follow-ups and track prospects.

Effectively communicate the unique value propositions of Power Commercial Insurance to prospects.

Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to generate leads and nurture existing relationships.

Maintain accurate and detailed call logs and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.





Qualifications:



Proven experience in outbound phone sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably within the insurance industry. (must-have)

Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects. (must-have)

Strong listening and exceptional organizational skills enable tailored solutions for customer pain points while efficiently managing call schedules and customer data.(nice-to-have)

Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools to streamline processes.(nice to have)

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Positive attitude, persuasive personality, and a genuine passion for the insurance industry.

Ability to work on a graveyard shift during US business hours from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Monday to Friday.

Reliable WFH Equipment and a quiet workstation. (must-have)

Salary Range: 38k - 50k + Commissions

Pay Schedule: 5th and 20th of the month

Working Hours: 9 PM to 7 AM (including 1 hour lunch & 3 20-minute breaks)
