Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to manage our inbox, assign jobs to our team, and keep our CRM updated. You will act as the bridge between our clients and editors, to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily client email communications: respond promptly, professionally, and escalate as needed
Assign jobs to editors.
Deliver completed videos to clients and handle basic follow-up questions.
Track project status and update CRM (we use Monday.com)
Monitor for revisions or issues and coordinate fixes with the team
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Project Coordinator
Perfect written English and professional communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Tech-savvy: able to quickly learn tools like Google Drive, Monday.com, and basic file delivery platforms
Great internet connection and availability during U.S. business hours
Can work during some US hours.
Knowlage of Monday.com crm and discord.
